New England Clam Chowder
A traditional Yankee recipe made the way New Englanders treasure, bursting with fresh hand shucked Atlantic Sea Clams! New England Clam Chowder will be a welcome addition to any meal.
Chowders and bisques come in convenient heavy mill boil bags. Simply place the unopened bags in a pot of boiling water until hot (approximately 40 minutes if frozen), carefully remove the bag from the pot, shake the bag, cut the bag open and place in a serving bowl or in a crockpot to keep warm until you are ready to serve.
Light cream, clam meat, potatoes, onions, butter, flour, ocean clam juice, salt pork and spices.
